Our investment activity includes hospitality assets, casinos, luxury residential developments, strategic land positions, multi‑family properties, and distressed debt and defaulted note acquisitions. We focus on markets with strong fundamentals and long‑term value creation, including Florida, Hawaii, New York, Las Vegas, as well as the United Kingdom, Spain, and the Caribbean.

To date, we have structured approximately $500 million in equity and $2.5 billion in debt and distressed note acquisitions, often in collaboration with institutional debt funds. On rare occasions, we have executed transactions incorporating fine art as part of the capital structure, reflecting our ability to navigate complex and unconventional deal environments.
